Most Commonly Asked Questions About Table Rental

You should reserve your chairs as early as possible. Chair rentals are reserved on a first come basis. An initial payment is required to hold reservations.

Setup and takedown services are available at an additional charge and must be arranged in advance.

We require an initial payment of 50% at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. This initial payment is non refundable but can be moved to a new date within 12 months of your original event so long as items are available.

Tables should return in the condition they were received in. Tables should be covered with table cloths which means you won’t need to clean them and we are able to just give them a quick wipe before renting again. If tables are excessively dirty such as food stains on them, tape, mud from being used outdoors, etc. they will need to clean before renting or we may charge for time spent cleaning the chairs.
